TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy): TF-CBT helps children to learn how to view the trauma in an additional realistic manner without blaming themselves. TF-CBT helps them to heal from the effects of the trauma. TF-CBT teach your child techniques that they can use while facing flashback or going through the memories.

Alternative Therapy (Musical, Art, Sport, Exercise, Mindfulness): A child can benefit from the alternative therapy that follows music therapy, art therapy, sports therapy, exercise and mindfulness. These therapies are highly effective and worked with the child’s growth. However, it depends on individuals and is treated as per therapist suggestions.
