To provide our clients with the best possible service, a considerable amount of time goes into preparing for each appointment. We have a policy regarding cancellations and missed appointments.
Edmonton Counselling Services (ECS) maintains a 48 hours cancellation, rescheduling and missed appointment policy. ECS cannot direct bill any insurance company for missed appointments or late rescheduling/ cancellation fees, and as such, the client will be required to pay the entire fee.
Cancellations and rescheduling with more than 48 hours are perfectly acceptable and we are happy to assist you in finding a time and date that work better for you.
Clients are responsible to pay the total cost of the session if they cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for their appointment.
